5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating video analysis reports. Pricing and credit packages are displayed on our website and may be modified at any time. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Picker Stage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The analysis reports generated by the Service are owned by you, but we retain the right to use anonymized data for improving our services.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to YouTube, Google AI services, and Clerk authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. AI-Generated Content

Analysis reports and insights are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before relying on it for business decisions. We make no guarantees about the performance improvements that may result from implementing our recommendations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.
